  Our day program starts with the Nursing Care which includes monitoring of: Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, Medication, Sign and Symptom, Hygiene, Physical Check-up, and Diet & Medication Education.
  
  
• Physical Therapist & Occupation Therapist Maintenance Program
  Each participant has a complete Health Maintenance plan design by physical and occupational therapist, 1:1 Occupation Therapy & Physical Therapy assessment and treatment, cognitive & memory stimulation exercises, money management classes and games for fine and gross motor skills.
  
  
• Social Service Assistance & Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Training
  Each participant has 1:1 Interventions with Psychologist or LCSW, MFT & SSA, Life Skill Training Groups, Chemical Dependency, Mental Health Wellness Groups, Latino Groups, Open Process groups, Open Committees, budget Committees, Welcome Club and Hygiene awareness & training.
  
  
• Activities & Socialization
  Same functioning level of groups & subgroups will enjoy daily activities of: Bingo, Billiard, Air Hockey, Wii Video games, Movies, Interactive TV Games, Memory stimulation games, Goals groups, Picnics, BBQ, Music, Dancing, Various Planning Committees Games & Tournaments, Arts and Crafts and Scrap Booking etc.
  
  
• Dietitian
  Diet Assessment and diet plan is provided for each participant by Registered Dietitian.
  
  
• Speech Therapy
  Speech therapy is provided on need basis.
  
  
• Transportation
  Transportation is provided both ways to and from home.
  
  
• Meals
  Fresh cooked balanced meals are provided on Daily basis.
